1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Invoicer, a digital invoicing and store management application. By visiting, registering for, or using Invoicer, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth by DYTHONAI INNOVATIONS AND TECHNOLOGIES LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to create cashier accounts, configure multiple stores, print barcode layouts, or access the billing system. These terms represent a legally binding agreement between you (the business subscriber or single user) and us.

2. Registration & Account Eligibility

To maintain a professional, secure platform, we enforce registration guidelines:

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, current, and complete details during account self-registration (Step 1 and Step 2 profile details).
• OTP Verification: Account creation and crucial processes require verification using One-Time Passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered phone number or email address. You must not attempt to intercept or bypass these security measures.
• Account Custody: You are entirely responsible for all actions taken by cashier accounts, managers, and sub-users you authorize under your organization.

3. License & Acceptable Use Rules

DYTHONAI INNOVATIONS AND TECHNOLOGIES LLP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access Invoicer strictly for your internal business operations.

Prohibited Platform Activities

You explicitly agree NOT to engage in any of the following restricted actions:

• Fraudulent Billing: Generating fake tax invoices, tampering with GST rate settings, or recording deceptive financial logs.
• Reverse Engineering: Copying, modifying, or reverse engineering any portion of Invoicer's source code, templates, barcode printing designs, or database schemas.
• Ecosystem Disruption: Bypassing subscription caps, exploiting software gaps, or introducing malicious code into our systems.
• Sub-user Exploitation: Permitting unapproved users or sharing credentials beyond your authorized manager or cashier license levels.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing Limits

Invoicer operates under tier-based limits (Free, Pro, Business plans) controlling your invoicing counts and multi-store settings:

• Limits Compliance: The platform dynamically blocks invoice creation if your monthly subscription limits are exceeded. You must submit upgrade requests to obtain additional volume limits.
• Billing Information: Upgrading subscription plans requires payment details. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account based on active rate schedules.
• GST Registration: If you represent your company as GST-registered, you must upload valid GST credentials. The company reserves the right to reject or freeze accounts providing invalid GSTIN parameters.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights associated with Invoicer are preserved:

• Ecosystem Assets: The code base, database design, layout styles, branding graphics, product logos, and the trademark "Invoicer by DythonAI" are the sole, exclusive property of DYTHONAI INNOVATIONS AND TECHNOLOGIES LLP.
• Restrictions: Using the company's logos, styling systems (including our specific glassmorphic and HSL color palettes), or content elements without direct, written consent from the LLP partners is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitations of Liability & Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall DYTHONAI INNOVATIONS AND TECHNOLOGIES LLP or its partners be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, commercial interruption, or business data disruption.
• Losses resulting from cashier invoice deletion, product stock errors, or multi-store balance discrepancies.
• Disruption caused by third-party hosting, SMS gateway downtimes, or translation tools.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We preserve the right to suspend or block access immediately:

• If you violate any clause in these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy.
• If we detect fraudulent invoices or malicious behavior via administrative audit logs.
• If requested by legal authorities or under financial regulations in India.

Upon termination, your right to generate invoices, export PDF records, or access your business data will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, and any disputes arising out of your usage of Invoicer, shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India.

Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in courts located in India, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
